Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase for our subscription plans if you have not extensively used the service (e.g., accessed a significant portion of the premium content).

Processing Refunds

To request a refund, please email us at proenglix@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period for cancellations.
